A 28-year-old man was found dead after being buried by an avalanche on Wednesday on Taylor Mountain near Teton Pass along the Idaho-Wyoming border. An official cause of death was pending.

Teton County Coroner Brent Blue has identified the victim as 28-year-old Trace Jordan Carrillo, of Dubois.
