Generate a new cluster ID, save configuration and then restart the servers again. In a few days, the Cross-ARK option appeared out of nowhere and it was awesome!

This only works on the official scorched earth servers and some (good configured) unofficial servers. Only back and forth between one of the base maps and scorched earth. If I try to transfer out of extinction, nothing happens and The button gets greyed out. Any creature inside a Cryopod will gain 5% more passive experience, compared to the same creature not Cryopodded. Further, putting items in the Ark seems to be bugged right now and if you put in too many, they will vanish.

So after some googling, I found that if you join your target server from the main menu (ragnarok in my case), it’ll let you download your character on the target server. After the server restore finishes you should be able to generate a new cluster ID. But this feature is a little bit hidden within the game. So I am the solo tribe owner on extinction and ragnarok (unofficial) . If we force closed the game and logged back into SE, we could download our character there. It seems the current recommended limit is around 140, but I'd say tell your players 100 just to be safe.
